20 viewsLeft to right, NOS head gasket purchased at Carlisle, FelPro gasket with advanced sealing materials , gasket removed from engine showing holes manually opened. Received several opinions on if I should or should not open the holes in the NOS or Fel Pro. The engine ran very hot prior to removing the old gasket. I installed the Fel Pro and decided to not open the water jacket holes. Engine now runs at proper temp, no cooling issues.
